- The first add-on pack for Red Faction: Guerilla is now available on PSN and XBL for 800msp/$10.
- Apparently you can play through Alpha Protocol without killing a single person, much like Metal Gear Solid.
- GameInformer has revealed the whole setlist (minus one song) for The Beatles: Rock Band.
- Joystiq also has a hands on with the game's story mode.
- The Rock Band Metal Track Pack is coming on Rocktober 13th, and will include 6 temporarily exclusive songs, including Motรถrhead's Killed By Death, hell yeah.
PC and mobile news
- Good Old Games added Lords of the Realm 3 to their impressive lineup of games.
- Trine is 25% off on Steam until the 19th. This worth grabbing?
- What used to be WoW's hardest instance, the Lair of Onyxia, is now a joke compared to newer content. However, the next patch will revamp it to the hardest instance yet again!
- Id is working on three lines of iPhone games: Classic ones (like the incoming Doom and Quake 2), RPGs (like Wolfenstein RPG), and new games that will run on their Rage engine.
- iPhone users: In celebration of QuakeCon, Doom Resurrection is $2.99 and Wolf 3D Classic is $.99 for for a couple days. The Wolfenstein RPG has also been released, and it is excellent.
- Metal Gear Touch is also $2.99 for the next couple days.

- Sega says that their going to keep trying to push hardcore games on the Wii despite Madworld's and House of the Dead: Overkill's dismal sales.

- PSN Update incoming?
- Uncharted and SOCOM: Confrontation are dropping to Greatest Hits price next week.
- Oh hey, a new character for PAIN. This one is a hilariously terrible advertisement agent for AXE Body Spray.
- Smash Cars is coming to PSN next week on the 20th.
- Sony now allows users to check out trophies on their website and do a whole lot of data comparisons with them.

- A Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood demo is now on the XBLM.
- Doom 2 is coming to XBLA this fall.
- Panzer General is also coming to XBLA this fall. Sorry for getting you all excited and thinking it was Panzer Dragoon.
